God Cannot Be Tempted

James 1:13

13) When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone;

14) but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed.

15) Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

2 Corinthians 16-19, 21

16) So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

17) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

18) All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation:

19) that God,was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them.

21) God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
